📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of data analytics and governance supporting GOS service lines and clients • Provide leadership, guidance, mentoring, training, and enablement to BI analysts and account team resources • Establish BI development and delivery best practices, standards, and repeatable processes • Serve as a senior analytics partner to clients and account teams, managing relationships and expectations • Advise clients on analytics strategies and prioritize requests against platform capabilities and long-term value • Provide management and stakeholders with updates on progress, risks, and outcomes • Lead BI platform initiatives, dashboard design, prototyping, development, and product enhancements • Develop and maintain client analytics roadmaps covering scope, schedule, and investment planning • Analyze client portfolios to identify risks, trends, and opportunities • Lead data assessment and data mapping exercises for system integration and analytics initiatives • Manage intake and backlog processes, data dictionaries, report inventories, and dashboard development workflows • Drive improvement in data automation, standardization, and quality • Use advanced analytics tools to transform data, automate workflows, and develop analytical solutions • Oversee Power BI model design, performance optimization, and metric standardization • Maintain technical and process documentation across analytics initiatives • Leverage emerging AI tools such as Databricks for analytical delivery to the BI platform and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field • Experience leading or managing analytics, BI, or data teams • Strong client and stakeholder management experience • Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms • Experience with data mapping, data modeling, and analytics solution design • Strong experience with Power BI, including data modeling and semantic layer design • Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and validation • Experience with ETL/data preparation tools such as Alteryx • Experience working with Databricks or modern data platforms • Experience contributing to a BI product team or analytics platform initiative • Exposure to commercial real estate or portfolio-level data • High level of critical thinking and sound judgment • Strong analytical curiosity and problem-solving mindset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to explain complex technical and analytical concepts to non-technical audiences • Strong relationship management skills across clients, account teams, and technology partners • Ability to work confidently in ambiguous, fast-paced, and client-facing environments • Ability to travel
