📋 Description

• Lead program and project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting using scope, schedule, and cost management tools • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with FAA requirements • Track and report risks, issues, and dependencies, and recommend mitigation strategies • Prepare executive-level project briefings, decision memos, and reports communicating program status, risks, and recommendations • Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Develop and maintain performance metrics for FAA programs and offices • Provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making and performance improvement • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data used for analysis and reporting • Design and develop dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations • Create interactive and user-friendly reports using Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and design visualization solutions • Research industry and federal agency best practices and recommend improvements • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance efficiency using Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints principles • Document lessons learned, processes, and standard operating procedures • Translate stakeholder needs into actionable visualization projects • Identify data sources and presentation needs • Develop, review, and edit technical documentation, project reports, and executive correspondence • Create executive-level presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership • Maintain consistency of style and messaging across program and project deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• BA degree and 8–12 years of prior relevant experience, or Master’s with 6–10 years of prior relevant experience • 8+ years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, PowerApps, and Power Automate • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, statistical monitoring, and reporting • Strong technical writing skills • Experience producing and communicating executive presentations and communications • Excellent verbal communication skills • Ability to provide stakeholders with data efficiently and effectively, maintaining high quality and integrity • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Previous government contracting work experience • Experience with federal HR management and compliance frameworks, including OPM, DOT, and FAA policies and programs preferred • Experience supporting large-scale Program Management Office efforts preferred • Working knowledge of SharePoint preferred • Project Management Certification, such as PMP, preferred • Knowledge of data governance, quality assurance, and security practices preferred • Ability to perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling using Python or SAS preferred • Experience developing and maintaining SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge management repositories preferred • Stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills preferred • Change management and process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, preferred
