📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic analytical thought partner to Merchant leadership and key business stakeholders • Translate complex data into high-stakes business strategy and actionable investment cases • Architect and evangelize a long-term analytical roadmap for Merchant and Loan portfolios • Build predictive and prescriptive models to elevate merchant operations and loan management • Establish the Golden Source for Merchant KPIs and own health, profitability, and risk frameworks • Design and oversee experimentation frameworks including A/B testing, incrementality, and elasticity modeling • Prioritize analytical resources across immediate operational needs and scalable solutions • Lead collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business leadership on data infrastructure • Engineer automated monitoring systems to identify friction points in the merchant funnel • Mentor senior-level analysts and foster technical excellence and business-first thinking

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant analytical experience • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering • Expert proficiency in SQL • Proficiency in Python or R • Strong understanding of data governance principles • Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Sigma • Ability to distill complex analytical findings into compelling narratives • Ability to present clearly and confidently to CEOs or Boards of Directors • Accountability for data pipelines and insight accuracy • Ability to right-size solutions using 80/20 judgment
