📋 Description

• Own analytics for one or more business areas end-to-end, from framing the problem to delivering recommendations • Scope ambiguous business questions into structured analyses with limited guidance • Write and optimize SQL to pull, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources • Apply statistical techniques and SQL, Excel, R, and Python to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies • Build and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and visualizations used for decision-making • Partner with finance, operations, and customer success stakeholders to shape data needs and influence outcomes • Identify and drive improvements to data collection and analysis processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role • Hands-on SQL depth; able to write and troubleshoot queries independently (required) • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Ability to work independently through ambiguity and manage competing priorities without close oversight • Ability to translate complex data into stakeholder-ready recommendations that drive action • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Zoho Analytics strongly preferred
