📋 Description

• Drive and coordinate multi-stakeholder analytical initiatives across departmental boundaries • Own analytical workstreams end-to-end from problem framing through insight delivery • Analyze complex partner performance data across the full enrollment funnel, from lead generation through yield • Facilitate stakeholder conversations and support long-term partner growth strategies • Surface data errors, discontinuities, and reconciliation gaps before they reach stakeholders • Build and maintain analytical pipelines and reporting workflows with BI and data engineering teams • Incorporate Claude and Databricks Genie into daily analytical workflows • Define analytical strategies aligned with organizational goals • Establish and monitor KPIs for partner programs and analytical initiatives • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for leadership • Communicate findings through presentations, briefings, and data visualizations • Coach team members and lead projects as the team grows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in an analytical or strategy leadership role and/or professional services organization • Strong proficiency in Databricks and advanced SQL, including CTE structuring, query performance optimization, and fundamental window functions • Foundational knowledge of data governance and data engineering principles • Familiarity with Claude, Databricks Genie, prompt engineering, and natural language query interfaces • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query M and DAX • Experience with Power BI or Tableau • Ability to conceive and execute quantitative analysis and deliver data-driven insights • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree with proven record of achievement and quantitative proficiency • Proven track record using Databricks, SQL, AI tools, and data analysis to clean data, extract insights, and communicate takeaways to leadership • Agile workstyle in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
