📋 Description

• Extract data from relational databases, EDW, Foundry, and other sources for analysis • Engage with operational business stakeholders to identify initiatives and solve business problems using data analysis and advanced analytics • Perform quality assurance of reporting and dashboard deliverables • Align business requirements with data and analytical solutions • Identify concerns in as-is processes and business dependencies • Coordinate and facilitate requirements gathering across discovery, analysis, value validation, design, and testing • Collaborate with functional analysts and business process owners • Monitor business changes and recommend opportunities for analytics improvement • Create Tableau Standard Operating Procedures for peer reference and knowledge transfer • Partner with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders on AI and machine learning initiatives • Prepare data for AI/ML models and support model development, validation, and performance analysis • Support Generative AI and LLM initiatives, including business use-case identification and evaluation of AI-generated outputs • Develop reports, dashboards, data queries, data quality assurance, and ETL support for data-warehousing and business intelligence projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of Business Intelligence development or data processing/analytical experience, or combination thereof • At least 5 years of work experience in an analytical role • Active BI or NACLC Public Trust security clearance required; sponsorship not available • U.S. citizenship required • Extensive hands-on Tableau experience, including Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Cloud, dashboard design and development, data visualization, reporting, and analytics • Experience with SAS development, including SAS/Macro, Data Step, and SAS/Access • Experience with Enterprise Guide and Enterprise Miner/SAS Data Mining procedures is a plus • Strong SQL skills and Tableau development experience • Strong conceptual, analytical, and decision-making skills • Experience partnering with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders • Experience preparing data for AI/ML models and supporting model development, validation, and performance analysis • Experience with Generative AI and LLM initiatives, including identifying business use cases and evaluating AI-generated outputs • Proficiency with Python libraries and tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn • Good leadership, communication, and writing skills • Ability to demonstrate the future and benefits of analytics activities to the client • Experience with Tableau dashboard design and development • Quality assurance and validation experience comparing multiple data sources • Experience building or operating production systems integrating generative AI/LLMs • Strong understanding of AI output evaluation and quality assessment • Backend or full-stack engineering skills covering data flow, APIs, and deployment • Prompt engineering and iterative model tuning experience • Ability to work independently, manage a backlog, and balance delivery speed with accuracy
