📋 Description

• Collaborate with business teams and leaders to determine data needs, define requirements, and identify opportunities for analysis • Analyze complex operational and financial data from multiple sources to provide decision-making insights • Perform data exploration, statistical analysis, and inference to identify trends, patterns, influences, opportunities, and risks • Develop forecasts, regression models, what-if scenarios, and recommendations for strategic, tactical, and operational planning • Create and automate dashboards, visualizations, and reports for business performance monitoring and KPI tracking • Communicate insights through presentations, visualizations, and reports for business leaders and colleagues • Collaborate with the enterprise analytics and information management team on data models, views, and data access • Contribute to data inventory and stewardship, metadata management, data profiling, data quality remediation, and data cleansing • Adhere to enterprise policies and guidelines for data security, privacy, management, quality, and governance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, analytics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or related functional area; or equivalent experience • 4+ years of demonstrated data analytics experience, including querying and analyzing operational and/or financial data and communicating insights • Experience executing analytics projects in financial management and forecasting, risk assessment, insurance utilization and pricing, supply chain optimization, retail management, eCommerce management, consumer behavior analysis, marketing optimization, or healthcare management • Experience building complex SQL queries to join, filter, cleanse, and aggregate data • Understanding of how GUI-driven applications apply SQL concepts • Experience creating effective data visualizations and dashboards to highlight trends and patterns and monitor KPIs • Experience with Cognos Analytics, Tableau, SAS, or similar data exploration and analysis platforms • Familiarity with data modeling concepts and relational database structures • Strategic skills, business acumen, and curiosity • Ability to analyze and document business requirements, including needs and expectations • Flexibility to change priorities and direction quickly and effectively • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and analytical skills • Current knowledge of analytics techniques, approaches, and software • Expert-level Excel skills • For remote or hybrid roles, high engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings • AI experience is desirable
