📋 Description

• Partner with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Purchasing teams to understand challenges and build practical workflow solutions • Lead current-state, future-state, gap, requirements, and business process analysis for integration initiatives • Work directly with data for analysis, validation, mapping, migration, and issue resolution • Support enterprise digital strategy initiatives and adoption of improved tools and processes • Review business processes and support practical enhancements • Monitor trends in data analytics, data strategy, automation, and cloud-based data operations • Demonstrate how connected data supports business goals and decision-making • Develop knowledge of data-related products and connect technical capabilities to business value • Identify data and integration opportunities to improve operational outcomes • Build relationships with decision makers, business users, and technology stakeholders • Support business case development • Drive delivery from discovery and planning through execution and adoption • Coordinate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and vendor discussions • Gather, document, validate, and refine business and technical requirements • Coordinate tasks, resolve blockers, and support implementation • Lead selected initiatives and practical problem solving • Define and document test cases and support test execution • Partner with project delivery teams to deliver adopted and sustained solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of advanced experience developing and maintaining MS Power Apps, MS Power Automate, and MS Dataverse content • 3-5 years of practical experience developing and maintaining business intelligence content in MS Power BI, DAX Studio, Data Studio, and Qlik Sense • 3-5 years of practical experience with MS SharePoint, Apps Script, Triana or equivalent platforms, data migration, API management, cloud integration technologies, and CMMS systems • 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, or equivalent experience within a technology function supporting complex business operations • Proven ability to connect business operations, technology needs, and delivery execution • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Fluency in English required; additional languages are beneficial • Ability to work outside core business hours when required; East Coast schedule preferred
