📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and own the capital maintenance plan for facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life/safety systems • Ensure facilities are operated and maintained cost effectively, safely, efficiently, and in first-class condition • Provide technical oversight for the preventative maintenance program • Ensure critical and major technical work complies with codes, building standards, insurance requirements, and owner/client requirements • Manage the VFA system and introduction or modification of equipment in the system • Review operations, maintenance, and capital improvements for life safety, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and elevator systems • Provide leadership and management support to facility management and technicians responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance • Control and forecast budgets for contracts and major operations related to critical operations • Report abnormal or critical conditions to C&W Facility Management and the General Manager • Review plans for new or upgraded equipment, infrastructure, and building improvements • Develop and deliver training methods, materials, and programs related to VFA and related technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year college degree required • Degree in Business or Facilities Management preferred • Does not require a license • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in account management, facilities operations, analytics and planning • Strong familiarity and working knowledge of critical equipment • Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, electrical generation/distribution, HVAC, IT systems and environments, environmental regulations, local building codes, fire and safety systems, preventive and predictive maintenance, and diagnostic equipment • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical individuals
