📋 Description

• Engage valuation assignments appropriately • Identify scope of work and determine appropriate valuation approaches and methodology • Complete commercial real estate valuation and consulting assignments • Collect data and conduct market research • Analyze complex highest and best use scenarios • Analyze revenue and expense performance • Develop cash flows using discounted cash flow models • Analyze comparable sales • Conduct detailed cost analyses and draw market comparisons to develop opinions of value • Provide mentorship to less experienced professionals • Develop new business and manage client relationships • Provide commercial real estate valuation services, including appraisal reports, market studies, feasibility analyses, and strategic consulting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Certified General Appraiser license • Candidate for MAI designation a plus • 2–5 years of experience appraising commercial real estate • Mastery of MS Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, and PowerPoint • Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL a plus • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents • Ability to solve advanced and multifaceted problems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Ability to function in a team environment and proactively solve problems • Dedication to timely, reliable, and courteous client service • Demonstrated ability to follow through and complete tasks • Commitment to professional development and continual learning
