📋 Description

• Process receipts, invoices, time sheets, and related documentation • Verify documentation accuracy and balances • Compile data and prepare forms and reports • Enter data into appropriate database systems • Maintain accounting database integrity through daily data entry of budgets, purchase order account balances, billings, or similar information • Support account reconciliation functions • Respond to tenant, vendor, client, and staff requests for information • Perform accounting, clerical, and administrative tasks, including word processing, emails, and mail handling • Work under the direct supervision of a Senior Accountant or Financial Manager

• Clerical and accounting skills • Ability to process invoices, cash receipts, time sheets, and related documentation • Ability to perform entry level journal entries • Ability to verify documentation accuracy and balances • Data entry experience or ability to enter data into database systems • Ability to maintain accounting database integrity • Ability to support account reconciliation functions • Ability to perform word processing, email, mail handling, and administrative tasks
