• Design, implement, and manage quality control frameworks for process standardization and continuous improvement • Develop and monitor quality metrics for data accuracy, compliance, and performance accountability • Lead and support large-scale data analysis, cleansing, mapping, and validation across SmartSheet, Triana, Service Edge, Yardi, Famis360, and FEXA • Leverage technology and AI tools to automate processes, extract actionable insights, and optimize outcomes • Drive adoption of digital solutions and best practices in data stewardship and process management • Create and drive account team reporting based on KPIs for IFM and Procurement drivers • Learn to teach the suite of technology solutions as an SME for operations and reporting • Identify, recommend, and implement process optimization solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and client experience • Collaborate with the IFM and Procurement Transitions team on analytical and project support for strategic initiatives • Document, summarize, and publish key meeting points and decisions • Prepare presentation materials communicating key information and insights • Create and refine process maps and workflows • Coordinate gathering of best practices and capabilities • Perform other related duties as required or requested
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, engineering, or a related field required • 3–5 years’ experience in data analysis, process improvement, or operational analytics, preferably in IFM, procurement, or transitions • Experience with CMMS and business systems (SmartSheet, Triana, ServiceNow, Yardi, Famis360, FEXA) strongly preferred • Strong project management skills, including risk management, process mapping, and change management • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of attention to detail and deliver results on time • Excellent Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving, Data Management, Visualization & Technology Literacy • Familiarity with facilities management tools, data analysis, and automation • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, PROSCI) preferred • Ability to operate standard office equipment and remain stationary for up to 90% of the time
