📋 Description

• Lead portfolio strategy activities connecting business growth forecasts, utilization insights, real estate alternatives, financial considerations, and operational requirements into actionable recommendations • Develop real estate scenarios covering options, tradeoffs, risks, dependencies, sequencing, and recommended paths forward • Translate business strategy and stakeholder needs into real estate requirements and initiatives • Lead executive-ready business case memos for renewals, consolidations, new sites, dispositions, relocations, and capital projects • Structure business cases using consistent frameworks, templates, and decision-support standards • Partner with Finance and stakeholders to interpret financial impacts and translate investment tradeoffs into recommendations • Package complex inputs into concise narratives, recommendations, FAQs, and leadership updates • Coordinate cross-functional inputs and facilitate alignment among client, account, and functional stakeholders • Synthesize stakeholder perspectives into cohesive recommendations and next steps • Oversee recurring and ad hoc portfolio reporting with Data & Analytics • Maintain governance tools including decision logs, action trackers, and risk/dependency registers • Improve business case, reporting, and governance processes • Standardize decision frameworks, reporting routines, templates, and stakeholder communications • Implement technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve research, reporting, information synthesis, and strategic decision support

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and qualifications relevant to the role • Ability to lead portfolio strategy, executive decision support, and stakeholder alignment for complex corporate real estate initiatives • Ability to translate business demand, real estate supply options, stakeholder needs, financial considerations, and portfolio data into executive-ready options, tradeoffs, and portfolio actions • Ability to develop real estate scenarios and executive-ready business cases • Ability to partner with Finance to interpret financial impacts and pressure-test assumptions • Ability to coordinate with Transactions, Workplace/Occupancy Planning, Facilities Management, Finance, Design & Construction, and Physical Security • Ability to oversee portfolio reporting, trend analysis, critical dates, and portfolio opportunities • Ability to maintain decision logs, action trackers, and risk/dependency registers • Ability to improve processes and use technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools for strategic decision support
