📋 Description

• Lead and schedule project meetings and calls, prepare agendas, and maintain master project schedules for each project and phase • Participate in client project calls and create detailed status notes and action-item summaries • Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to advance projects • Coordinate with Real Estate Managers, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Architects, Civil Engineers, and General Contractors throughout the project life cycle • Maintain detailed project schedules in project management software • Oversee the client-managed scheduling system and ensure dates are accurate for reporting • Report major problems, findings, results, and recommendations to the Account Manager/Director • Provide oversight to a regional workload of 30–50 new construction projects • Establish goals and objectives with timetables for supervised organizational units and sub-units when required

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Urban/City Planning, or related area required • Minimum of 7 years of directly related experience in an engineering, construction, or project management accountability role • Ability to travel 50% (10 days a month) • Client focus • Oral and written communication proficiency • Multi-tasking and organizational proficiency • Leadership • Technical proficiency • Consultation skills
