📋 Description

• Travel nationwide to support active data center construction projects • Manage multiple crews performing structured cabling and infrastructure installations • Coordinate daily activities with customers, superintendents, and project stakeholders • Oversee fiber optic and copper structured cabling installations • Oversee rack and stack installations • Oversee basket tray and ladder rack systems • Oversee overhead cable pathways • Oversee cable management systems • Oversee patch panels and cabinet build-outs • Oversee general low-voltage infrastructure • Monitor project schedules, manpower, and production goals • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure installations meet customer specifications • Review blueprints, floor plans, cable schedules, and project drawings • Resolve field issues and communicate project updates to management • Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies • Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and onboarding of field technicians • Travel to projects as needed to support mobilization, production, and closeout activities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing data center or mission-critical construction projects • Strong background in structured cabling • Strong background in fiber optics • Strong background in rack and stack • Strong background in basket tray installation • Strong background in ladder rack systems • Strong background in cable routing and management • Strong background in data center infrastructure • Experience supervising field technicians and subcontractors • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications • Strong leadership and communication skills • Comfortable working in active construction environments • Ability to travel 100% nationwide • Valid driver's license • Ability to fly regularly • Bilingual Spanish/English
