📋 Description

• Lead the project management service line for the designated regional portfolio • Manage financial operations, client relations, and project execution • Oversee design, planning, and construction projects • Lead multidisciplinary project management professionals and third-party partners • Interface with internal and external clients to establish and achieve goals and objectives • Establish and manage project budgets, monthly forecasts, cash flow analyses, and anticipated cost reports • Maintain client relationships and resolve escalated issues • Manage staff performance, development, motivation, and adherence to company policies • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulations, client expectations, SLAs, and KPIs • Develop professional networks and execute recruitment and retention plans • Oversee capital improvement programs across multiple sites • Assist with vendor contract negotiations and manage vendor and consultant performance • Identify and address potential liabilities and risks with the Regional Director • Provide regional project supervision and ensure performance criteria are met • Use required project and development services technology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field • Twelve or more years of related experience • 2 or more years of management experience • Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or practice area • Advanced project management skills with expertise in the project management business • Expert in client relations, client management and consulting • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized with strong analytical skills • Proficient working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and processes related to corporate real estate, design and construction • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and MS Project • Master's degree preferred • Certification preferred
