📋 Description

• Lead the procurement function within a portfolio of client accounts and associated properties • Develop and execute procurement strategies and global strategic sourcing roadmaps • Lead strategic sourcing and end-to-end eRFPs of varying complexity • Ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services • Build relationships with clients, account management teams, suppliers, corporate stakeholders, and other partners • Manage supplier audits, business reviews, and supplier relationship management strategies • Implement programs, initiatives, governance processes, goals, metrics, and KPIs • Analyze account-wide data, benchmarks, market research, case studies, and processes to identify value creation opportunities • Interpret contractual terms and conditions and advise stakeholders on contractual rights, risks, and obligations • Apply company and client procurement best practices, policies, processes, tools, and templates • Manage data in tracking and reporting tools • Leverage AI-powered analytics for resource allocation, workload forecasting, and capacity planning • Apply machine learning models to create supplier scorecards, analyze performance patterns, and predict emerging issues • Manage document management governance and compliance for procurement documents • Lead or contribute to improvement projects and initiatives • Conduct change management activities and training • Work cross-functionally to solve problems and complete projects • Participate in the continuous development of team members • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • MBA or related master’s degree preferred • 7+ years’ experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally in facilities-related categories • Understanding of the strategic sourcing process • Proficiency with e-RFPs, reverse auctions, e-catalogs, and contract management systems • Legal knowledge and ability to prepare and negotiate agreements and amendments • Ability to explain contract specifics to clients • Analytical and quantitative skills • Ability to analyze and interpret information, data, and related documentation • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking, results-oriented environment • Self-motivation and ability to work independently • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Project management experience
