📋 Description

• Support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders with optimization of JLL-managed services operations and sourcing strategies • Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence for services operations • Identify and lead field resources to execute strategic initiatives • Support client FM account teams without being designated to a specific client • Provide subject-matter expertise on JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management • Collaborate with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to drive immediate and sustained client benefits • Perform market trend analysis, analyze supplier bases and industry changes, and report findings to Supply Chain and business stakeholders • Implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs • Support supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers • Provide management, instruction, and follow-up for operations teams' RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes • Ensure compliance with JLL sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics • Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to review and approve contractual terms • Establish priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with operations teams, temporary help, and project personnel • Support diversity programs and mentor/educate suppliers • Participate in and provide leadership to preferred supplier performance review meetings • Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills • Organization skills • Strong analytical ability • Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university preferred • 3+ years strategic sourcing or related experience • Project management and business transitions experience preferred • Excellent PC skills • Proficient in MS Office applications • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
