📋 Description

• Provide support to Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders on optimization of JLL-managed services operations and sourcing strategies • Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence for services operations • Identify and lead field resources to execute strategic initiatives • Serve as a subject matter expert supporting JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management • Collaborate with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to drive immediate and sustained client benefits • Perform periodic market trend analysis, including supplier-base and industry-change analysis • Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client-ready form • Implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs • Support supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers • Provide management, instruction, and follow-up for operations teams' RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes • Manage internal and external customer expectations • Ensure compliance with JLL sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics • Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual terms and conditions are reviewed and approved • Establish work priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with operations teams, temporary help, and project-specific personnel • Support development of diversity programs • Mentor and educate suppliers through meetings • Participate in and provide leadership to Preferred Supplier performance review meetings • Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills • Strong analytical ability • Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • 3+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience • Project management and business transitions experience preferred • Excellent PC skills • Proficiency in MS Office applications • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
