📋 Description

• Process all customer orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy • Process internal procurement • Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure timely delivery • Ensure timely processing of customer orders according to service-level agreement standards • Issue accurate purchase orders to vendors • Track hardware, software, maintenance, and other product-related line items for proof of delivery • Follow up with vendors on unfulfilled items • Reconcile vendor invoicing discrepancies • Work with sales groups to ensure transactional contracts are complete, accurate, and meet internal booking requirements • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external partners • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration or equivalent work experience • 2–3 years' purchasing experience or experience in relevant roles • Willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools • Strong attention to detail • Analytical and critical-thinking abilities • Ability to collect and analyze data efficiently • Ability to self-manage and adapt to changes, delays, or shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work a flexible schedule • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must reside in the Mountain or Pacific time zones, or be able to support those business hours • U.S.-based employment requirement
