📋 Description

• Assist in managing enterprise solutions across the DEWALT portfolio • Drive margin growth, portfolio and brand optimization, and strategy through analytics, insights, and reporting • Guide market pricing and margin expectations • Support the budget process by tracking and providing inputs for budget allocation decisions • Build category financial P&L forecasts bi-annually for core and NPD product assortment and margin mix over a 3-year horizon • Understand competitive product assortment, industry trends, and commercial environment and translate gaps into growth opportunities • Analyze and define product range by brand and retail channel • Partner with the pricing team to establish market-based pricing for NPD and Core SKUs annually • Quantify financial impact of proposed pricing changes at portfolio and customer account level • Provide strategic counsel to cross-functional partners on category strategy, pricing, product assortment, margin and growth expectations, and product launch plans
