📋 Description

• Provide financial and operational guidance and advise the Vice President, Operations in making recommendations to improve the service organization’s overall financial performance • Partner with organizational members on strategic initiatives including the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and other key tasks • Oversee executive-level strategic projects for Operations and Service functions • Oversee development of transformational projects to drive profitable growth throughout Custom Truck One Source • Provide thought leadership and insights to key stakeholders through reporting development • Develop complex financial and operational models • Interface with department leaders across the business to deliver insightful and action-oriented analysis • Support Service and Operations functions by quantifying, developing, managing, and executing strategic business priorities • Serve as a pivotal connection between Service, Finance, Commercial teams, and segment leadership • Research, analyze, reconcile, and validate data sets and information to inform business decisions • Design and implement financial models to support key business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance or Accounting • MBA preferred • 5-10 years of relevant work experience • 1-3 years of reviewing financial statements and/or performance metrics and communicating results to senior management • Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders at various levels within an organization • Proven track record of working with wide variety of people to implement business change • Proficient fluency with data and financial reporting in Excel • Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow • Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to work independently • Experience working with and presenting to senior executives • Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management • Very proficient with Excel formulas, functions and data organization • Strong quantitative and analytical competency • Show respect and sensitivity for cultural differences; Promote a harassment-free environment • Treat people with respect; Keep commitments; Inspire the trust of others; Work with integrity and uphold organizational values • Display original thinking and creativity; Meet challenges with resourcefulness; Present ideas and information in a manner that gets others' attention • Communicate effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience • Manage one's own time and the time of others in order to meet tight deadlines • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time including overnight stays
