📋 Description

• Build and maintain customer relationships through online messaging • Manage ongoing customer relationships and support future projects • Understand customer preferences and make design and material recommendations • Coordinate with technical teams to translate customer visions into manufacturable designs • Present concept sketches and 3D renderings, answer questions, and gather feedback • Communicate design revisions to CAD designers and concept sketch artists • Share and discuss diamond or gem options • Create and present customer quotes fitting budget and design requirements • Plan and manage project timelines across sketching, CAD, and manufacturing • Handle post-production correspondence, including resizing, repairs, maintenance, and customer satisfaction • Review communication techniques, technical guidance, and project strategy with manager • Experiment with new approaches and resources • Maintain positive relationships with Project Managers and cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills and ability to communicate clearly with personality through written text • Client-facing experience in sales, hospitality, luxury retail, or account management • Passion for jewelry and design and interest in the creative development process • Discerning visual taste • Resourcefulness and ability to make good decisions without perfect information • Preferred but not required: track record of achieving strong sales results • Preferred but not required: experience in fine jewelry sales • Preferred but not required: technical experience as a jewelry designer, bench jeweler, or artist • Preferred but not required: Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work • Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s degree from a competitive college/university
