📋 Description

• Building and maintaining customer relationships: Work closely with new and existing customers through online messaging. • Sharing design and material expertise: Understand key customer preferences to bring their design ideas to life. • Managing the overall success of your projects: Approach each project individually to make the design and development process fun and easy for the customer. • Contributing to internal development: Review communication techniques, technical guidance, and project strategy feedback with your manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills • Client-facing experience in sales, hospitality, luxury retail, or account management • A passion for jewelry and design • Discerning visual taste • Resourcefulness - the ability to make good decisions in the absence of perfect information • Preferred but not required: A track record of achieving strong sales results • Experience in fine jewelry sales • Technical experience as a jewelry designer, bench jeweler, or artist • Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work • Bachelor’s degree from a competitive college/university
