📋 Description

• Lead large-scale investment management technology implementations, overseeing project planning, execution, governance, and delivery • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including executive leadership and steering committees • Manage third-party technology vendors and ensure accountability for deliverables, timelines, and commitments • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including client stakeholders, vendors, and Cutter consulting resources • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and executive-level presentations • Facilitate critical project decisions and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities • Support multiple client engagements and collaborate across Cutter’s consulting practices as business needs evolve • Travel to client locations in California approximately once per month as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in investment management technology, consulting, or transformation, including significant project/program management experience • Proven experience leading complex investment management system implementations for asset managers, asset owners, or institutional investment organizations • Strong understanding of front-, middle-, and back-office investment management workflows and technology platforms • Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional delivery teams • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to steering committees and boards • Strong program governance, project planning, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and provide strategic guidance while remaining actively involved in delivery • Experience implementing or overseeing platforms such as Charles River, Eagle, Clearwater, Aladdin, SimCorp, or comparable investment management systems (preferred) • Prior consulting experience supporting institutional investment management clients (preferred) • Experience managing enterprise-wide technology modernization or platform transformation initiatives (preferred) • PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
