📋 Description

• Manage clinical teams for total cost of care, sub-capitation cardiology models, and bundled payment agreements • Serve as clinical operations point of contact for external value-based care partners • Design and manage escalation and collaboration processes between Operators and external partners • Build and maintain relationships with health system leaders, payers, and provider groups • Lead clinical supervisors and oversee overall program operations • Develop, execute, and oversee clinical operating components of value-based care initiatives • Own clinical operations content for Joint Operating Committee materials, including care-model performance, clinical KPIs, staffing and capacity, operational barriers, corrective actions, and clinical readiness commitments • Monitor contract performance and identify risks and improvement opportunities • Collaborate with Data & Analytics on contract reporting and Operations on metric outlier management • Direct clinicians, policies, procedures, and execution of the clinical model • Develop scalable processes and ensure regulatory and payer contractual requirements are met • Understand financial, clinical, and operational drivers of risk-bearing cardiology agreements • Partner with analytics, medical economics, clinical operations, and finance teams to track outcomes and support decisions • Optimize performance under existing agreements and support future contract renewal objectives • Prepare and present performance updates, recommendations, and action plans to internal leadership and external partners • Communicate risks, challenges, and achievements clearly at strategic and tactical levels • Report directly to the Division President • Contribute clinical and operational leadership to Joint Operating Committees and partner discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, clinical degree, or a related field • Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Associate, or related clinical qualification • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare clinical operations, care management, population health, specialty value-based care, or a related field • Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams • Experience improving performance in risk-bearing arrangements • Experience in value-based care with Medicare Advantage plans required • Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and drive outcomes in risk-bearing arrangements with wrap-around virtual care teams • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills • Ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Familiarity with specialty value-based care clinical operations and financial modeling • Proven operational excellence leading clinical value-based care teams • Must reside in the Eastern or Central time zone • Strong preference for candidates residing in Florida, preferably Central Florida
