• Provide tactical direction and vision to the CVP family of veterinary hospitals • Responsible for 13 to 17 locations • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures • Develop and maintain strong business relationships • Accountable for P&L management • Initiate and supervise facility improvement projects • Develop proactive marketing strategies for revenue growth • Work with Practice Managers to forecast staffing needs
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field • A minimum of Eight (8) years of Veterinary Practice/Management experience • At least three (3) years in multi-location management • MS Office • Prior knowledge of Veterinary Practice Management Software
• High level of customer service to clients and pets • Compliance with medical and non-medical standards • Safety of pets, clients and team members • Professional physical plant • Supportive work environment for the team
