• Provide in-home health services as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant • Deliver a connected, convenient, and compassionate health experience • Support patients, families, and communities in simplifying health care • Prioritize safety and quality in care delivery
🎯 Requirements
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant qualification • Work in the Colorado Springs MSA / El Paso County area • Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
