📋 Description

• Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families ages 13 and older • Practice mental health therapy within the Minute Clinic team • Deliver evidence-based assessment, treatment planning, and short-term counseling • Use diagnostic, care collaboration, and treatment planning skills • Provide virtual therapy and engage patients through electronic health record systems and multiple platforms • Support continuity of care for patients • Build and grow the Minute Clinic practice • Collaborate with the clinical care team and reach patients within their communities

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered State License as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LPCC, or LMFT in Washington state and/or California • Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licensure • Will be required to obtain licenses to practice in multiple states based on business needs • Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills • Experience leveraging evidence-based methodologies including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited College or University • Preferred: exceptional interpersonal and team skills • Preferred: experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery • Preferred: deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health • Preferred: tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platforms • Preferred: understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements • Preferred: strong crisis intervention skills • Preferred: previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
