📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based mental health care as a licensed therapist • Practice autonomously in the best interest of patients • Collaborate actively in a team-based format • Coordinate care between psychiatric and counselor providers • Participate in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers at least monthly to discuss patient cases or clinical topics • Manage a rapidly building caseload • Work clinically from home with clinician-selected days and hours • Attend virtual clinical team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) • Open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA) • Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required • Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organizational and time management skills • Solid computer and basic technology skills
