📋 Description

• Provide 100% remote telehealth therapy to patients aged 13 and older • Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families • Conduct diagnostic assessment and treatment planning • Deliver short-term counseling using evidence-based methodologies • Collaborate on patient care and support continuity of care • Use assessment and treatment planning tools • Practice independently with support from the clinical care team • Help build and grow the Minute Clinic mental health practice

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered independent State License as an LCSW, LCMHC, LPCC, or LMFT in Utah, Oregon, and/or California • Must be willing to obtain additional state licensure • Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills • Experience leveraging evidence-based methodologies, including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited College or University • Preferred: exceptional interpersonal and team skills • Preferred: deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health • Preferred: understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements • Preferred: strong crisis intervention skills • Preferred: previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
