📋 Description
• Provide in-home health services • Support a connected, convenient, and compassionate health experience for individuals, families, and communities • Work approximately 12 hours per week
🎯 Requirements
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant qualification • Work in Fremont County, Colorado • Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
