📋 Description

• Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of quality improvement and patient safety initiatives • Enhance healthcare outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams • Identify opportunities for performance improvement • Analyze quality and clinical data • Monitor compliance activities • Implement evidence-based practices • Contribute to policies, procedures, and quality programs • Provide education, consultation, and quality oversight • Drive clinical excellence and improve member outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of nursing experience • Must reside in Arizona • Must maintain an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona • Ability to travel throughout the surrounding Tucson, Arizona metropolitan area • Reliable transportation • Willingness and ability to travel locally up to 10% of the time • Previous experience with managed care preferred • Computer literacy and proficiency navigating internal and external computer systems • Proficiency with electronic medical record systems • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel • Associate's degree in nursing • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
