📋 Description

• Support and monitor business operations for compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and operational procedures • Serve as a liaison between operational teams, leadership, and compliance partners • Identify risks, promote process adherence, and support continuous improvement initiatives • Conduct audits and review operational data and documentation • Investigate compliance concerns and provide recommendations to improve accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory adherence • Assist with developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, reporting, training, and corrective action plans • Analyze trends and performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership • Manage assigned work through a ticketing system by monitoring, prioritizing, documenting, and resolving tickets within SLA and TAT requirements • Participate in and lead special projects involving compliance initiatives, process improvements, system implementations, reporting enhancements, and strategic business needs • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, meet project deadlines, and provide regular status updates to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Required high school diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) • At least 1 year of experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook • At least 1 year of experience communicating with internal/external associates, teams, and business leaders • Minimum 1 year of experience with root cause analysis, including gathering and analyzing data, identifying problems, and solving problems with little or no precedent • Minimum 2 years of experience within a call monitoring environment • Experience rapidly adjusting priorities to changing business requirements and prioritizing tasks when goals conflict • Comprehension of IT architecture involving phone switches and call recording solutions, including VoIP/TDM call center phones, NICE, Five9, Verint, and/or comparable ticket systems • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred • Experience in compliance, operations, auditing, quality assurance, healthcare, pharmacy operations, or a related field preferred • Experience with ticketing or workflow management systems preferred • Experience leading or participating in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives preferred • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills preferred • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis preferred • Experience creating and maintaining SOPs and process documentation preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment preferred • Knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy, regulatory, or operational compliance standards preferred
