📋 Description

• Provide operational support and perform data maintenance and clean-up for basic to complex data transactions • Perform complex data transactions and maintenance for projects, expansions, and new product implementations • Maintain and update provider demographic and contract information in systems supporting claims adjudication and provider directories • Collaborate with internal and external constituents to implement new networks and complex contractual arrangements • Provide technical and functional leadership support within the unit, including team lead responsibilities • Validate system enhancements • Identify, research, and conduct root cause analyses of provider data issues and audit trends • Collaborate cross-functionally to recommend process improvements • Conduct and manage audits of provider information and escalate issues for resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Provider Data Services background (2-4 years) • Ability to handle multiple assignments • Ability to facilitate meetings and make accurate records • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications • Advanced skills in Excel • Ability to prioritize work and multitask in a fast-paced environment • Success collaborating with others to meet or exceed expectations • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills • Ability to utilize analytical and independent thinking skills • EPDB experience (2-4 years) preferred • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
