📋 Description

• Champion application development methodologies and best practices to ensure quality standards • Execute projects and initiatives within the IT department • Coordinate team or group activities with CVS Health and vendor staff resources • Provide guidance and direction to project teams and direct reports on project planning and execution, technical and functional standards, processes, procedures, and career development • Participate in annual budgeting, capital processes, and quality improvement activities • Create and fulfill EHR use cases • Identify business and functional requirements and translate workflows into technical specifications • Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation • Define requirements and future-state workflows • Work with Project Managers to identify tasks and estimates • Support vendor upgrades, system changes, and environment maintenance procedures • Collaborate with providers, project managers, technical resources, SMEs, business stakeholders, and vendors • Analyze current-state processes and create future-state processes with clinical business and reporting users • Identify and document process and data gaps • Create and complete use cases, business requirements, technical specifications, scope documents, gap analyses, impact assessments, and test scripts

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience • Previous management experience • Two or more Epic Certifications: Ambulatory WITH Healthy Planet OR Healthy Planet with any of the following: Beacon, Willow, Prelude, Cadence, Resolute Professional Billing, HIM (Health Information Management), MyChart, Beaker, Welcome Kiosk, Rover, Haiku, EpicCare Link, Caboodle, SlicerDicer, Bridges, Reporting Workbench, Orders • Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience • Strong experience configuring, designing, and supporting an Epic solution • Previous application configuration experience • Knowledge of Ambulatory workflows • Experience in test planning and execution, test case development, and meeting project quality requirements • Experience working on large projects • Strong knowledge of clinical applications and understanding of the healthcare IT industry • Understanding of configurable applications and monitoring practices • Analytical, problem resolution, and interpersonal skills • Ability to bridge communication among technical and nontechnical project staff and customers
