📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership for Risk Modeling product development • Define product roadmaps and prioritize feature development • Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure successful product launches • Own clinical risk models, patient engagement models, and the next best action framework • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and iteration • Align product strategies with business goals and manage resources • Facilitate collaboration between product teams and other departments • Establish efficient management, prioritization, and delivery of the digital product roadmap • Develop technology and product roadmaps to provide visibility of risk and improvement options • Deliver innovative ideas compatible with existing technology and products while maintaining regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality compliance • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to influence product features and prioritization • Set success targets and review analytics, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs • Facilitate continuous cross-communication across functional units and stakeholder groups • Define strategy for product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive product management work experience in enterprise-level organizations within digital or analytics • Stellar communications and a passion for driving new and innovative products from start to finish • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) and business intelligence skills • Strong experience with cross-functional collaboration and building a team culture • Mastery of problem-solving and decision-making skills • Mastery of growth mindset, agility, and developing yourself and others • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Preferred: exposure or direct experience leveraging applied data science, AI, etc. to build impactful and scalable products • Preferred: prior experience within healthcare • Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred
