📋 Description

• Execute the end-to-end UX design process from early-stage research through implementation and ongoing refinement • Conduct generative and evaluative user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing • Develop user personas, empathy maps, user flows, journey maps, and other design artifacts • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and timelines • Guide engineers on interaction design and front-end development best practices • Translate user insights and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs • Advocate for end-user needs in design decisions • Present design concepts, strategies, and research findings to stakeholders and incorporate feedback • Follow and contribute to design guidelines, patterns, and best practices • Identify and measure behavioral analytics tied to product and business goals • Help development teams implement appropriate analytics • Track and report UX metrics demonstrating organizational impact and value • Apply industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX methodologies to improve design processes and deliverables • Mentor and guide junior designers

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in UX, Interaction Design, or Product Design • Proven experience as a UX designer, driving and delivering design from initial concepts through successful launch • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work • 2+ years experience conducting user research and usability testing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, InVision, or similar software • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work mostly independently and take ownership of projects while collaborating effectively within a team • Understanding of modern front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience working in a lean or Agile development environment • Bachelor's or Master's degree in User Experience, Digital Design, Human Factors Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related creative or technical fields • Equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree considered
