📋 Description

• Support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance • Build consumer loyalty through excellent customer service • Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite • Ensure store operations run smoothly • Complete all opening and closing procedures • Work with store management and store crews • Supervise store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities • Communicate information between store management and crews • Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints • Promote CVS customer service culture • Handle customer relations issues according to company policy • Maintain customer/patient confidentiality • Price merchandise and stock shelves • Execute displays, signage, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise • Maintain off-shelf merchandise displays • Reset departments following POGs

🎯 Requirements

• Deductive reasoning ability • Analytical skills • Computer skills • Advanced communication skills • Supervision skills • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts • Ability to work overtime as needed • Ability to respond to urgent store issues when they arise • High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
