📋 Description

• Deliver remote virtual-care services through a technology platform • Independently provide holistic, evidence-based care for patients aged 18 months and above • Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage health problems • Provide health counseling, education, and disposition planning • Provide pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, safer-sex, contraceptive-care counseling, and medication management • Evaluate primary care, acute, chronically ill, and transitional-care patients • Educate patients on health maintenance and respond to patient-care inquiries • Document patient care in the EHR according to MinuteClinic policies and procedures • Coordinate patient care with internal and external colleagues, including the broader patient-centered medical home • Collaborate with Providers, Collaborative Physicians, paraprofessionals, Pharmacists, and other healthcare team members • Work independently, prioritize and solve problems, take initiative, and advocate for patients and the practice • Work a full-time overnight schedule of 32 hours per week, including every other Saturday and Sunday, from 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

🎯 Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Tennessee license; candidates must be currently licensed in Tennessee • Must live within 3 driving hours to Nashville or Knoxville, Tennessee • Willingness and ability to obtain additional licensure as needed • Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent • Completion of a Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program • Current National Board Certification • State of employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role • Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask • Initiative, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and flexibility • Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously • Proficiency with information management and technology • Capacity to collaborate with professional colleagues • Depending on the market, proficiency in speaking and writing additional languages, including Spanish, may be required • Broadband connectivity, a quiet setting with a neutral background, and ability to uphold patient privacy for remote care delivery • Ability to interact remotely with customers, use computers and phones, speak intelligibly, hear patient responses, and read computer screens and electronic devices
