📋 Description

• Conduct thorough patient assessments via video visits • Develop personalized treatment plans • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team • Complete required trainings and uphold clinical policies, standards, and best practices • Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records • Complete charting in a timely manner • Respond to patient questions and administrative messages • Provide consultations, medical guidance, and prescribing when clinically appropriate • Deliver care for PCOS, hypothyroidism/Hashimoto's, metabolic syndrome, menopause/perimenopause/HRT, PMDD, obesity/weight management, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and mild-to-moderate anxiety/depression

🎯 Requirements

• Active national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner • Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions • Ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting • Commitment to evidence-based care rooted in current clinical research • Comfortable working with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Minimum of 3 active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state licenses • At least 2 licenses in California, New York (autonomous), or Florida (autonomous), plus 1 or more additional state licenses based on hiring needs • Full-time availability and focus on patient care • Prescribing when clinically appropriate • Visa sponsorship question indicates work authorization considerations for the United States
