📋 Description

• Analyze client requirements and internal processes to determine viable system setups • Determine whether client-selected products and services are supported by existing systems • Structure group setups within the Meritain system with vendor partners, analytics vendors, billing, and reporting requirements • Consult and communicate with internal staff regarding new business and revision activity • Complete accurate setup of complex account structures and benefit plans • Monitor and manage the internal installation process and case tracking • Run ad hoc data programs to streamline group and eligibility files • Audit customized group enrollments using ad hoc data programs • Maintain data files for monthly group reporting while following PHI guidelines • Run monthly reports for clients and brokers • Participate in testing enhancements and changes to ER/EO/GIM data files • Work with IT on programming design and UAT testing when required

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years Healthcare operations experience • High School Diploma or GED • DOS system background (preferred) • Salesforce experience (preferred) • Excel for analyzing/matrixing group setups (preferred) • Detail oriented (preferred) • Highly organized (preferred) • Strong communication skills (preferred) • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
