📋 Description

• Manage complex client relationships and serve as the primary contact for operational matters • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service • Analyze complex client issues and help develop practical, efficient solutions • Lead client-focused problem-solving efforts and identify root causes • Own and manage high-profile client accounts, ensuring smooth operations • Respond to client inquiries and escalations and maintain communication with internal teams • Advocate for customers and use internal resources to improve the customer experience • Act as a strategic partner by anticipating client needs and mitigating issues • Collaborate with internal teams to drive client-focused solutions • Maintain reporting and tracking of client issues • Lead account-specific initiatives and oversee client-level process improvements • Provide regular updates and reports on account status, feedback, and improvement areas • Proactively identify and address potential issues before escalation • Participate in training and share industry insights with colleagues • Mentor junior staff and support their professional development

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an Account Management, Employee Benefits, or Human Resources-focused role • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and web applications • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time • 3–5 years of Account Management, insurance healthcare, benefits, or related industry experience preferred • Knowledge of Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) or self-insured health plans preferred • Experience with intranet and extranet systems, CRM, or adjudication platforms preferred • Life and Health Insurance license preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
