📋 Description

• Develop familiarity with technology platforms and workflows used by HR, Finance, VCT, and OneVista • Identify, evaluate, and help recommend vendors or internally built tools • Maintain understanding of the enterprise application landscape and flag integration, redundancy, and deprecation opportunities • Coordinate cross-platform integrations and data flows • Contribute to process improvement across Business Technology and supported stakeholder workflows • Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery and reduce repetitive manual effort • Build automated workflows and lightweight internal tools • Identify intelligent automation opportunities for document processing, reporting, workflow orchestration, and data validation • Gather, document, and prioritize stakeholder requirements • Translate business needs into user stories, process maps, and functional specifications • Maintain documentation of decisions, configurations, and open items • Support test planning, test-case definition, tester coordination, defect tracking, and UAT • Track and report KPIs for supported platforms and workflows • Serve as a point of contact for technology questions, requests, and day-to-day support • Partner with the broader technology team on prioritization, delivery coordination, and operational support • Communicate project status, timelines, and changes to stakeholders • Prepare reporting and materials for team leads and firm leadership • Support concurrent projects and respond to ad hoc needs such as bug fixes, access requests, and time-sensitive deliverables • Participate in team meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a business analyst, operations, technology support, or similar role; recent graduates with strong internship or project experience considered • Hands-on or academic experience using AI-powered tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT Enterprise, Slackbot, Replit, or similar platforms • Genuine enthusiasm for building with AI and improving workflows • Strong analytical skills; ideally experience building reports or dashboards in Salesforce, Sigma, Excel, or Power BI • Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus • Solid foundation in requirements gathering and documentation • Ability to translate conversations into written summaries, user stories, or process notes • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to adapt tone and detail level for technical teammates and business stakeholders • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects • Collaborative and comfortable working across teams, asking for help, and contributing to group efforts • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience • Exposure to or interest in private equity, investment management, or professional services is a plus but not required
