📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders to determine business and user needs related to application or system changes • Develop proficiency in RCIS development, system testing, and production environments • Collaborate with IT on system changes and updates • Analyze business and user needs and identify and test requirements • Partner with Production Support, IT resources, and TAC to resolve system defects • Understand customers’ objectives, processes, products, and services and make recommendations for release plans • Coordinate and lead requirements-gathering activities with business owners • Analyze requirements, determine system potential, and define impacts on business units and systems • Support system configuration and integration testing for functionality, performance, and fit • Assist developers and business analysts with creating and testing new or updated functionality • Assist quality assurance with creating and executing acceptance testing • Master tools and applications used in the software development process • Monitor business decisions and manage documentation and communication with Crop Claims, Compliance, Policy Servicing, Accounting, Information Technology, and training teams • Complete impact assessments and validate IT solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of experience with Crop Claims Software as an end user or subject matter expert; OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience with Crop Claims Software • Documented expertise in MPCI field adjustment procedures and operations • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Must be located within the U.S. • Sponsorship is not offered
