📋 Description

• Bridge the gap between IT and the business by assessing and improving organizational processes and systems • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, policy, technical, and functional requirements • Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, process documentation, and requirements traceability • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout discovery, design reviews, and project delivery • Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and management activities • Guide teams in applying Agile principles and practices • Support Scrum ceremonies, stakeholder engagement, and coordination across project teams • Analyze business processes, metrics, and data to identify issues, gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities • Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and data validation • Maintain system, project, and metrics documentation • Assist with IT strategies supporting business goals and project process and documentation standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Four (4) additional years of experience required in lieu of degree • Three (3) to Five (5) years of business analysis experience supporting integrated eligibility, Medicaid, SNAP, or related systems • Experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements in Agile delivery environments • Experience supporting backlog refinement, prioritization, user story development, and requirements management • Experience supporting Agile teams, including Scrum ceremonies, testing activities, and cross-functional collaboration • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reasoning skills • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify issues and potential solutions • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex business, policy, and technical information for diverse audiences • Ability to collaborate with and influence business, policy, operations, and technical stakeholders • Experience coordinating activities across multiple work groups and advising cross-functional teams in a fast-paced project environment • Must be a US Citizen • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust • Must obtain approved Public Trust adjudication before onboarding • West Coast candidates in AKST, PST, or MST time zones preferred; must be able to work AKST • Master's Degree in Public Policy, Public Health, or Business Administration preferred • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred • Agile knowledge, such as SAFe or Scrum, preferred
