📋 Description

• Meet with internal and external customers to provide thought leadership, enhance and automate business processes, and document requirements and system designs • Work with users, customers, and developers on solution designs for order management, inventory management, warehouse management, shipping, and transportation management • Implement supply chain solutions for Fulfillment and Logistics customers using EDI, APIs, Amazon, Shopify, and Dynamics 365 integrations • Configure Dynamics 365 functionality for e-commerce, sales and billing, procurement and sourcing, demand planning, item management, BOM, production control, inventory control, quality assurance, receiving, putaway, pick-pack-ship, and freight/carrier load management • Support, monitor, and troubleshoot SCM ecosystem integrations including client portals, EDI, OMS, WMS, TMS, shipping systems, label printing, and mobile devices • Gather and document requirements and visualize processes using workflow diagrams • Create end-user test scripts, facilitate user acceptance testing, and obtain user sign-off • Develop cutover and contingency plans and manage go-live execution • Adhere to change control processes for SOX compliance and support auditors with documentation and system demonstrations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or technology discipline • 7+ years of total professional IT experience, preferably in business systems and analysis • 2+ years of ERP implementation and support experience with Dynamics 365 • 1+ years working in a supply chain environment, including e-commerce, order, warehouse, or transportation management • Understanding of complex business requirements • Strong requirements gathering and gap analysis experience • Experience documenting business process flows • Strong organization and attention to detail • Ability to communicate verbal and non-verbal messages articulately and succinctly • Active listening skills • Skilled at facilitating small and large groups • Ability to remain calm under pressure and instill confidence across project teams • Ability to manage conflict tactfully and facilitate consensus • Ability to identify when to escalate issues • Ability to set priorities, multitask across concurrent high-priority assignments, and work with team members at all organizational levels • Skilled at building and delivering client presentations
