📋 Description

• Support, implement, enhance, and optimize the Kiwiplan Manufacturing Execution System and related applications for the Corrugated division • Partner with business stakeholders and plant personnel to understand operational needs, gather requirements, and translate needs into technology solutions • Troubleshoot system-related issues, provide production support, and identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency • Configure, test, validate, and support software enhancements, integrations, and system improvements • Develop and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance test scenarios • Create and maintain process documentation, system design documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and business partners to deliver technology solutions that improve business processes and operational performance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in business or IT functions supporting enterprise applications, manufacturing systems, or business technology solutions • Experience with Kiwiplan software or related ERP/MES platforms • Experience gathering business requirements, documenting system needs, and translating requirements into technology solutions • Willingness and ability to participate in an after-hours on-call support rotation • Willingness and ability to travel up to 35%, including on-site work at Corrugated manufacturing facilities • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship • Existing knowledge of Kiwiplan manufacturing systems preferred • Experience in demand management and on-time management preferred • Knowledge of the corrugated industry preferred • Experience writing SQL queries or working with MySQL preferred • Knowledge of Linux operating systems preferred • Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology field preferred
