📋 Description

• Lead administration and enhancement of Okta, including SSO, MFA, and Lifecycle Management strategies • Develop and maintain automated workflows using Okta Workflows, REST APIs, and identity orchestration tools • Contribute to enterprise IAM strategy, Zero Trust architecture, and RBAC policies • Evaluate and lead technical onboarding of SaaS tools against security, compliance, and integration standards • Partner with InfoSec, HRIS, and other business units • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis; serve as escalation point for complex platform issues • Contribute to enterprise systems roadmaps and tool selection • Author technical standards, system configurations, and procedural runbooks • Participate in an on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT or systems engineering • At least 2 years of deep, hands-on experience specifically in Okta administration • Strong command of SSO protocols including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth • Proven experience integrating and securing major SaaS platforms in a high-growth, regulated environment • Proficiency with Python, PowerShell, Postman, and Okta Workflows • Expert ability to work with REST APIs for system integration and data orchestration • Extensive experience in an Agile, sprint-based environment • Experience utilizing Jira for sprint planning and progress tracking • Preferred: Okta Certified Professional or Administrator certification • Preferred: Familiarity with identity governance tools or privileged access management • Preferred: Experience with Terraform for cloud identity or SaaS configurations • Preferred: Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and service delivery processes
