📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of automation opportunities from intake and discovery through deployment and continuous optimization • Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders across supported organizations • Understand business operating models, core processes, challenges, and pain points • Identify, shape, and document automation opportunities, process workflows, process maps, problem statements, scope, requirements, and expected outcomes • Develop business cases covering efficiency gains, cost savings, and operational impact • Shape and manage automation roadmaps • Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on value, complexity, and strategic alignment • Own and manage the opportunity pipeline and product backlog • Lead backlog refinement and requirements gathering • Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications • Facilitate user story reviews and secure business sign-off • Coordinate handoff of requirements to technical teams • Develop delivery plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and effort estimates • Track and report status, progress, risks, dependencies, blockers, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, automation SMEs, and business teams • Define and track KPIs and success metrics • Conduct post-implementation reviews and lead continuous improvement • Create enablement materials such as demo videos and walkthroughs • Support adoption and knowledge sharing • Contribute to AI, agentic automation, RPA, and web-based application solutions • Use prompting tools and AI techniques for analysis, daily activities, and solution support • Support innovation initiatives and experimentation with emerging technologies • Build and maintain domain expertise and advise business stakeholders on automation best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, and Project Management • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of automation or digital products • Expertise in process analysis and business discovery • Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation • Expertise in backlog prioritization and roadmap management • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies • Hands-on experience with RPA solutions • Hands-on experience with AI and intelligent automation technologies • Hands-on experience with web application delivery • Experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar modern AI tools • Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong stakeholder management skills • Excellent communication and influencing skills, including executive-level reporting • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • Experience with agentic AI or advanced automation frameworks preferred • Strong process mapping and data analysis capabilities, such as Power BI, preferred • Certifications in Agile, Business Analysis, or RPA platforms preferred • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefits management, or similar industries preferred
