📋 Description

• Define and own product strategy for key platform areas • Translate company goals and customer insights into a clear, prioritized roadmap • Oversee large, cross-functional projects from discovery through launch and iteration • Synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative data to identify opportunities and inform decisions • Establish and monitor KPIs and analyze product performance trends • Lead initiatives to improve adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes • Partner with engineering, design, data, onboarding, and support on requirements, scope, tradeoffs, and success metrics • Create product requirement documents, user stories, and technical specifications • Lead comprehensive QA processes and define acceptance criteria • Mentor junior product managers and influence stakeholders across departments • Partner with internal teams on launches, training materials, and feature adoption • Build relationships with veterinary clinics and pet parents • Evaluate product strengths, opportunities, risks, and implementation tradeoffs

🎯 Requirements

• A four-year college degree • 5+ years of progressive product management experience • Experience owning complex product areas and delivering strategic, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact • Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment • Ability to define and execute product strategy and manage multi-quarter roadmaps • Experience leading discovery and experimentation efforts • Experience partnering with engineering and design to ship scalable, high-quality solutions • Strong long-term product vision and principled tradeoff judgment • Advanced analytical capabilities, including defining KPIs, building business cases, using experimentation frameworks, and leveraging data analytics tools • Extensive experience writing product requirement documents, leading sprint planning and backlog grooming, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering complex launches • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment • Experience conducting user research and interviews • Ability to manage competing priorities, mentor junior team members, and lead without direct authority • Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, integrations, and system design • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Vetcove is unable to sponsor work visas • Successful completion of a background check required
